Japan 2023: Day 0 / Tokyo Landing
After a failed attempt in February due to being hospitalized, today marked our successful flight to Japan! We had to adjust our itinerary to account for my mom’s knee, but I think we did really well all things considered. I will try to post every single day of our trip this time (I know I say this every time) instead of letting them rot in my drafts.

What at first felt like a slow crawl changed in the blink of an eye, and Final Fantasy’s 2023 Fan Festival was upon us. Short recap: busy season, new host, etc!
A couple things today. I’m going to be traveling quite a bit this upcoming few months. It’s busy season for my job! I got my booster last week, as well as an air purifier that a friend highly recommended. I also bought a new suitcase because I’ve been sharing the same sized one with my mom for years and we’ll be traveling separately. My wallet is really hurting, but they’re all good purchases.
