8tracks: sleepless nights + quiet mornings
Here’s my second 8tracks mix! I’ve been meaning to make something like this for awhile, but using only my k-indie music. There’s a lot of k-indie bands that I want to introduce to others, so in the future I’ll probably make some more themed sampler mixes. This playlist is both a relaxation mix as well as one that tells a story. It was tough piecing songs together to give a similar mood.
Thoughts that collect themselves throughout the day that make you feel restless, sentimental, and a little bit giddy. Maybe it’s raining outside. Maybe you can’t sleep. Maybe your hands are gently folded around a cup of coffee at 3AM. Whatever the circumstances, I tried to curate songs into this mix that resonated with these emotions, soothing and smoothing out the rough edges along the way. More will definitely be added as I discover songs, I’m sure. ๐
